It is light weight as advertised and seems to be well made. The 4 stars are because when you are pulling it back in to wind it up, the material does snag on the driveway. No problem in the grass however. I will suggest that if you are going to use it in very hot weather, you open the nozzle and turn the water on slowly to start. I have “popped” this type of retractable hose when the hose is hot and closed. I did notice slightly less water pressure with this particular hose. It does come with a cool multi sprayer nozzle though, and some settings have more force than others. It’s perfect for watering.This hose makes the task of using a hose so much easier. Relative to the traditional, heavy rubber hose, its light weight, easy to move around, and fast and easy to store. Even in the off season winter, it makes life easy because I no longer need to figure out a way to store my giant rubber hoses in the garage. This one takes up virtually no space in comparison and compacts down in a minute once the water is out.Not sure how long the fabric will hold up to a lot of dragging. This is my first expandable hose and I love it. Just turn off the water and it shrinks up as the water drains out. Nice nozzle too. Already bought a 75 foot hose too.As many of these flexible hoses, this one burst and cannot be repaired! Don’t waste your money on it.Product is excellent! Sturdy and compact when not in use. Nozzle has multiple spraying positions which makes lawn watering easy!I was skeptical about replacing my Goodyear rubber hose. It lasted many years but it was heavy to lug around and a pain to put away. We have replaced it with the 100ft version of this flexible hose. It has made watering our flowers and vegetables less of a chore. It includes a nozzle with 10 settings for all different scenarios. I like that there is a thumb on/off switch rather than a squeeze mechanism, which is much easier on your wrist. There is also quarter turn shut off that the end of the hose which makes switching a nozzle easy because you don't have to turn off the water at the faucet to do so. When you are all done, let the water drain from the hose and watch it retract, then simply wrap it up for storage. Highly recommend.Bought late I the season, yet so fast I like it.
