It is not the best but it is working so far after 1 month of use.This is my second lighter -- the first one I got didn't light, no matter how many times I pressed the button.I completed an Amazon "replace" and got my new lighter in a couple of days.From the reviews, it looks like they have some QC issues, but the company (and Amazon) seem willing to get you a product that works.Once you have a FUNCTIONING one of these in your hands. you will like it.They are a little difficult to fillFirst one I received had an issue, but I appreciate how the company made everything right. This type of lighter often takes some initial adjustment to get them going properly. I've owned several different ones similar to this over the years. If you need a really hot, intense flame this is the way to go. The first one I received would not light. I reached out to the company and they responded very quickly. Within a few days I had been sent two replacements that work great. The replacement lighters work well and are exactly what I had hoped they would be. But I'm equally impressed by how quickly the company responded, and how they took care of the issue.I got it to finally work after I figured out the switch at the bottom. I haven't used it much since then but I'm guessing it's junk also. Can't say for sure.I love these lighters. Cover helps not burn your leg putting in your pocket after using, no accidentl lighting it. Easy to fill and adjust and easy to light.Not sure I would have bought itNo fuel in itOrdered the product with the idea of having a light weight, waterproof and dependable fire source for various outdoor adventures. The lighter arrived in good condition and appeared to be what I was looking for. First try no light but you can hear the fuel coming from the lighter. Second attempt and it lights. Okay, no big deal. It’s new and needs to be broken in I thought. The same trend continues with the lighter. It will never light on the first attempt and wastes your fuel. When the lighter has produced a flame however and has “warmed up “ it will light on the first warm attempt. But wait, if the lighter is already warm that means it is likely to have served its purpose. So it will light on the first attempt when you no longer need it. That’s exactly what I was looking for when I ordered this product! A lighter that won’t light on the first attempt and wastes your fuel when you are in the middle of nowhere when you really need it to work. Then it will light away when you no longer need it. So yea it doesn’t really work as expected and I feel the need to share a little so people will know what they are getting.Not completely satisfied.
