Expandable Garden Hose 100FT - Heavy Duty with Brass Fittings for Outdoor Watering

Purchased 3 of these hoses for my house around May 2022. In ~3 months of regular, normal household use, 2 out of 3 have holes in the hose and leak water! I will update this review to advise of seller's customer service if I'm contacted.**Update - contacted customer service and they were very responsive. They requested a picture of each hose leaking (no big deal), which I took and sent via buyer / seller messages. They sent the two replacements I needed and I expect to receive them this week. 1* -> 5* due to superb customer service.Have to say that I got mad at this hose. Was topping off the pool after having it installed, while dealing with drainage and putting gravel around it. While filling, the hose retracted some, and flooded my muddy area I was trying to dry out. T**ked me off so bad, I took the side of my shovel and smacked the hose as hard as I could, trying to cut it in half (the water was off) and ended up pinching it and driving it into the ground. Figured for sure I’d destroyed it. Then I felt bad, because it wasn’t the hose’s fault my water pressure sucks. But to my surprise, after pulling it out of the ground and turning the water back on, no leaks! Have used it several times since.The three stars for durability are simply because I haven't had this for more than a month of so. However, so far, this is the best hose I have ever owned. It seems well made with brass fittings on both ends. I love that the business end has a on/off valve so I don't waste water walking from the bib to the place where I want water after turning the water on. It is very long, light, and I don't have to worry about it kinking at all. I also don't have to wind it up when I am finished with it. I just stuff it back in the bag and hand the bag on a hook. My only minor concern is that the back is a bit flimsy and may not last as long as the hose. But, should this be the case, it is easily resolved by getting a cheap canvas or burlap replacement bag from a grocery store or, probably here on 'mazon.This hose works great. It’s the best one I’ve ever owned. Highly recommended.Time will tell if this collapsible hose stands the test of time but initially I am so impressed I ordered a second for the other side of my house. Great instructions on how to maximize water volume. Great for those who don’t like lifting a heavy hose or those who don’t want a big bulky hose strewn across their lawn.I bought this in the fall of 2021 and I really loved it. This fall it sprung a leak and I contacted the seller. They had a new hose out to me within days. I'm so impressed with their customer service. I love this hose!Not sure how durable...will see. So far has met all expectations.this replaces a very stiff green hose, watertight but at least 20 years old. the dog pulled a thread... it's very easy to put into my hose storage box and out: safe from my dog and the sun. following rules to empty before storage. full length seems longer than the old one. less pressure but ok for my use.
